Guizhou Inland Open Economy Pilot Zone
In August 2016, the State Council approved the establishment of an inland open economy pilot zone in Guizhou. Today, Guizhou has "one plus eight" national platforms for openness and innovation with Gui'an New Area at the core and Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and other zones as the main components. It has also made great efforts to expand open ports such as Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport.
Guizhou has become an important hub on the new land-sea corridor in western China. As the largest cargo distribution center in southwest China, the Gaimao Logistics Center of Guiyang South Railway Station was listed in China's Plan for Port Development during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period as a freight depot for China-Europe Railway Express. Guiyang is on the list of national logistics hubs, and the Northern Guizhou Modern Logistics Park is the largest of its kind in southwest China under construction, with a total area of 9,400 mu. In addition, the China (Guizhou) International Trade Cargo Declaration System has been put into operation.
In 2020, the total value of Guizhou's trade in goods was RMB 54.65 billion, and the number of its trading partners rose to 183, with the top five being China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, ASEAN, the EU, Taiwan of China and the United States. As an inland province away from the main stream of the Yangtze River, the sea and the country's borders, Guizhou is now standing on a new starting point of development thanks to its endeavor to build an inland open economy pilot zone.
貴州內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)試驗(yàn)區(qū)
2016年8月,國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立貴州內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)試驗(yàn)區(qū)。目前,貴州已形成以貴安新區(qū)為核心和貴陽(yáng)高新區(qū)等為重點(diǎn)的“1+8”國(guó)家級(jí)開(kāi)放創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),同時(shí)還大力拓展了貴陽(yáng)龍洞堡機(jī)場(chǎng)等對(duì)外開(kāi)放口岸。
貴州已成為西部陸海新通道的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)。貴陽(yáng)南站改貌物流基地是西南占地面積最大的貨物集散地,作為中歐班列場(chǎng)站被列入國(guó)家口岸發(fā)展“十三五”規(guī)劃。貴陽(yáng)被列為國(guó)家物流樞紐建設(shè)名單,黔北現(xiàn)代物流新城是規(guī)劃建設(shè)中的西南地區(qū)規(guī)模最大的現(xiàn)代化物流園,總占地面積9400畝,目前中國(guó)(貴州)國(guó)際貿(mào)易貨物申報(bào)系統(tǒng)已上線運(yùn)行。
2020年,貴州貨物貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口總值546.5億元,全省對(duì)外貿(mào)易伙伴擴(kuò)大至183個(gè),前五位貿(mào)易伙伴分別是中國(guó)香港、東盟、歐盟、中國(guó)臺(tái)灣和美國(guó)。貴州作為不沿江、不沿海、不沿邊“三不沿”的內(nèi)陸省份,因打造內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)試驗(yàn)區(qū)而站上了發(fā)展新起點(diǎn)。
