Three Strategic Actions

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Guizhou launched three strategic actions on comprehensive poverty alleviation, big data, and comprehensive ecological conservation. For the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the province will press ahead with three strategic actions on rural revitalization, big data, and comprehensive ecological conservation.

Rural revitalization is an upgrade and continuation of comprehensive poverty alleviation. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, efforts will be made to boost rural revitalization with the achievements of poverty alleviation.

Big data is a hallmark of Guizhou's leapfrogging. Its development from scratch in the province speaks fully to the possibility of competing and collaborating with developed regions on a level playing field for a relatively underdeveloped region as long as it chooses the right emerging industry to develop.

The strategy of comprehensive ecological conservation is essential to the pursuit of green development. Guizhou is endowed with ecological strengths. As a national ecological conservation pilot zone, the province is entrusted with the task of experimenting with the reform for promoting ecological progress and will eventually contribute the wisdom and experience of Guizhou to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

“三大戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)”

“十三五”期間,貴州“三大戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)”為大扶貧、大數(shù)據(jù)、大生態(tài)。“十四五”期間,貴州將繼續(xù)實(shí)施新的“三大戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)”,即鄉(xiāng)村振興、大數(shù)據(jù)、大生態(tài)。

鄉(xiāng)村振興是“大扶貧”的提升和延續(xù)?！笆奈濉逼陂g確保鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅(jiān)成果與鄉(xiāng)村振興工作有效銜接。

大數(shù)據(jù)是貴州跨越式發(fā)展的一張名片,從無到有再到強(qiáng)的大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展實(shí)踐充分說明,只要選擇新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的路子對了,一個(gè)相對欠發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū)也可以和發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)在同一起跑線上競爭合作。

實(shí)施大生態(tài)戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)是綠色發(fā)展的必然要求。貴州具有良好的自然生態(tài)優(yōu)勢,作為國家生態(tài)文明試驗(yàn)區(qū),承擔(dān)著國家生態(tài)文明體制改革綜合試驗(yàn)的任務(wù),最終將為推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體貢獻(xiàn)貴州智慧和貴州經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
