Silk Road Fund

President Xi Jinping announced on November 8, 2014 that China would contribute US$40 billion for the Silk Road Fund. The Silk Road Fund Co. Ltd. was established in Beijing on December 29, 2014. Guided by the principles of openness, inclusiveness, and mutual benefit, the Fund focuses on providing medium- to long-term loans to support infrastructure and resources development and industrial cooperation in the countries along the Belt and Road. It complements rather than replaces other global and regional multilateral development banks, and operates under the existing international economic and financial order.

Rather than simply dispensing economic aid, the Fund will take advantage of increased connectivity to create major development opportunities for all. It is an open program and welcomes the participation of investors from Asia and beyond.

By May 2018, the Fund had signed 19 projects with US$7 billion of loans. The total investment of those projects exceeded US$80 billion.

絲路基金

2014年11月8日，習(xí)近平宣布，中國(guó)將出資400億美元成立絲路基金。2014 年12月29日，絲路基金有限責(zé)任公司在北京注冊(cè)成立。絲路基金秉承“開(kāi)放包容、互利共贏”的理念，是中長(zhǎng)期開(kāi)發(fā)投資基金，重點(diǎn)為“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、資源開(kāi)發(fā)、產(chǎn)業(yè)合作等有關(guān)項(xiàng)目提供投融資支持。它同其他全球和區(qū)域多邊開(kāi)發(fā)銀行的關(guān)系是相互補(bǔ)充而不是相互替代的，將在現(xiàn)行國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)金融秩序下運(yùn)行。絲路基金絕非簡(jiǎn)單的經(jīng)濟(jì)援助，而是通過(guò)互聯(lián)互通為相關(guān)國(guó)家創(chuàng)造新的重大發(fā)展機(jī)遇。絲路基金是開(kāi)放的，歡迎亞洲域內(nèi)外的投資者積極參與。截至2018年5月，絲路基金已經(jīng)簽約19個(gè)項(xiàng)目，承諾投資70億美元，支持項(xiàng)目涉及總金額達(dá)到800億美元。
