大力培養(yǎng)選拔少數(shù)民族干部是中國共產(chǎn)黨干部政策的一貫方針和民族政策的重要內(nèi)容,是增強(qiáng)各民族的團(tuán)結(jié)、實(shí)現(xiàn)國家穩(wěn)定、促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會進(jìn)步的重要措施,也是實(shí)行民族區(qū)域自治的關(guān)鍵。民族干部比較了解本民族、本地區(qū)的民情、民意,能夠有效地開展動員群眾、組織群眾的工作,是貫徹執(zhí)行黨和國家在少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的方針、政策的重要力量。
Leadership development with an ethnic focus
Proactive measures to train and select officials from minority ethnic groups have always been an important part of the CPC’s leadership development plan and ethnic affairs policy. These measures help promote ethnic unity, stability at the national level, and economic and social progress in ethnic areas. They are also key to the exercise of autonomy in those areas. With a better understanding of the expectations and aspirations of their own communities and local conditions, officials from minority backgrounds can be effective community motivators and organizers. They are critical to the execution of the ethnic policies of the CPC and the state in local areas.
