| ——撰寫《經(jīng)濟社會文化權利國際公約》第三次履約報告，并提交聯(lián)合國經(jīng)濟、社會和文化權利委員會審議。 | -- China shall complete the third report on implementing the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and submit it to the United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights for consideration. |
| ——撰寫《禁止酷刑和其他殘忍、不人道或有辱人格的待遇或處罰公約》第七次履約報告，并提交聯(lián)合國禁止酷刑委員會審議。 | -- China shall complete the seventh report on implementing the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, and submit it to the United Nations Committee Against Torture for consideration. |

| ——撰寫《兒童權利公約》第五次履約報告，包括《〈兒童權利公約〉關于買賣兒童、兒童賣淫和兒童色情制品問題的任擇議定書》《〈兒童權利公約〉關于兒童卷入武裝沖突問題的任擇議定書》相關內(nèi)容，并提交聯(lián)合國兒童權利委員會審議。 | -- China shall complete the fifth report on implementing the Convention on the Rights of the Child, including the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict, and submit it to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child for consideration. |

| ——全面參與聯(lián)合國人權機制工作，推動聯(lián)合國人權理事會等機制同等重視經(jīng)濟、社會、文化權利和公民、政治權利，以公正、客觀和非選擇性方式開展工作。 | -- China shall fully participate in the work of the UN' s human rights mechanisms, and promote the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC) and other mechanisms to attach equal importance to economic, social and cultural rights as well as civil and political rights, and function in a fair, objective and non-selective manner. |
| ——認真落實中國在人權理事會第一輪、第二輪國別人權審查中接受的建議，積極參與第三輪國別人權審查。 | -- China shall implement the related proposals offered during the HRC's first- and second-round Universal Periodic Review for China, and is actively participating in the third round. |
| ——與人權理事會特別機制開展合作。認真答復特別機制來函。根據(jù)接待能力，邀請有關特別機制訪華。繼續(xù)推薦中國專家競聘特別機制。 | -- China shall cooperate with the Special Procedures of the HRC, answer letters from it, and invite representatives of that body to visit China, as appropriate. China will continue to recommend Chinese experts for the posts in the Special Procedures. |

It shall also increase consultation and cooperation on human rights with the other four BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India and South Africa), developing countries and the G77 (group of developing nations), and provide technical assistance in human rights field demanded by other developing countries. |
| ——參與亞歐非正式人權研討會等區(qū)域、次區(qū)域人權交流活動。主辦2016年亞歐非正式人權研討會。辦好北京人權論壇、中歐人權研討會、中德人權研討會、中美司法與人權研討會。 | -- China shall participate in the Informal Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Seminar on Human Rights and other regional and sub-regional activities on human rights. In 2016 China will host the 16th Informal ASEM Seminar on Human Rights. It shall make due contribution to the holding of Beijing Forum on Human Rights, Sino-European Forum on Human Rights, Sino-German Human Rights Dialogue and Sino-American Dialogue on Rule of Law and Human Rights. |
| ——推動中國海外企業(yè)在對外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、援助、投資中遵守駐在國法律，履行社會責任。 | -- China shall urge its overseas enterprises to abide by the laws of the countries in which they are stationed, and fulfill their social responsibilities in the process of conducting foreign economic and trade cooperation, providing assistance and making investment. |
| ——支持和推動民間組織參與國際人權交流與合作，為推動國際人權事業(yè)健康發(fā)展作出民間貢獻。 | -- China shall support and promote the participation of non-governmental organizations in international exchanges and cooperation in the field of human rights to make their contributions to the healthy development of human rights around the world. |
