| 值此第九屆青年論壇開幕暨聯(lián)合國教科文組織成立70周年之際，我謹代表中國政府和人民，并以我個人的名義，對論壇的舉行表示熱烈的祝賀！ | On the occasion of the opening of the ninth UNESCO Youth Forum and the 70th anniversary of the founding of UNESCO, I wish to extend, on behalf of the Chinese government and people and in my own name, warm congratulations to the opening of the forum! |
