| 第十章 黨和共產(chǎn)主義青年團的關(guān)系 | Chapter X Relationship Between the Party and the Communist Youth League of China |
| 第四十九條 中國共產(chǎn)主義青年團是中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的先進青年的群眾組織，是廣大青年在實踐中學(xué)習(xí)中國特色社會主義和共產(chǎn)主義的學(xué)校，是黨的助手和后備軍。共青團中央委員會受黨中央委員會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。共青團的地方各級組織受同級黨的委員會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，同時受共青團上級組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。 | Article 49. The Communist Youth League of China is a mass organization of advanced young people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China; it is a school where a large number of young people learn about socialism with Chinese characteristics and about communism through practice; it is the Party's assistant and reserve force. The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League functions under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Party. The local chapters of the Communist Youth League are under the leadership of the Party committees at the corresponding levels and of the higher organizations of the League itself. |
| 第五十條 黨的各級委員會要加強對共青團的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，注意團的干部的選拔和培訓(xùn)。黨要堅決支持共青團根據(jù)廣大青年的特點和需要，生動活潑地、富于創(chuàng)造性地進行工作，充分發(fā)揮團的突擊隊作用和聯(lián)系廣大青年的橋梁作用。 | Article 50. Party committees at all levels must strengthen their leadership over Communist Youth League organizations and pay attention to selecting and training League cadres. The Party must firmly support the Communist Youth League in the lively and creative performance of its work to suit the characteristics and needs of young people, and give full play to the League's role as a shock force and as a bridge linking the Party with young people. |
| 團的縣級和縣級以下各級委員會書記，企業(yè)事業(yè)單位的團委員會書記，是黨員的，可以列席同級黨的委員會和常務(wù)委員會的會議。 | Those secretaries of League committees at or below the county level or in enterprises and institutions who are Party members may attend meetings of Party committees at the corresponding levels and meetings of their standing committees as non-voting participants. |
