Chinese government on Tuesday released a TV program about online terrorism by the East Turkistan Islamic Movement (ETIM).
According to the documentary, terror audio and videos are directly linked to terrorism and violence, including the attacks in Urumqi on April 30 at a railway station which killed three, and on May 22 that took 39lives.
The program said audio and video materials that promote terrorism have been a feature of almost every terrorist attack.
A police investigation found much such material published by ETIM.
The documentary by the China Central Television was made with the support of the State Internet Information Office (SIIO), the Ministry of Public Security and the State Council Information Office.
