On Sept. 25, CNNP released its first technical service brand "I-Nuclear" in Shanghai, aimed at delivering all-around and multi-level technical support for the safe and efficient operation of nuclear power plants.
According to the CNNP, "I-Nuclear" is an upgrade of the eight major technical service products released in 2017. It meets the diversified demands of the future nuclear power market and continues to explore and improve the core nuclear power technology service capacities.
Positioned as a leading one-stop nuclear power technology service provider, "I-Nuclear" covers eight key aspects in nuclear power projects: production preparation (i-Prepare), nuclear commissioning (i-Commission), operational support (i-Support), major overhauls (i-Outage), specialized maintenance (i-Maintain), professional training (i-Train), technical support (i-Tech), and nuclear informatization (i-Informatization).
Fang Xin, former deputy secretary of the leading Party members' group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, professor at the School of Public Policy and Management of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and academician of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World, pointed out that the release of the "I-Nuclear" marks a new milestone in the development of China's nuclear power industry.
Lu Tiezhong, chairman of the CNNP, said in a video speech that "I-Nuclear" represents the culmination of CNNP's 260 years of operation experience. It is also a symbol of new quality productive forces and a commendable demonstration of nuclear safety culture.
Zhang Guohua, deputy secretary of the Party committee of CNNP, highlighted the company's cooperation cases in overseas markets while introducing the brand building of "I-Nuclear."
Zhang stated that "I-Nuclear" will provide solid technical support for the safe and efficient operation of nuclear power plants, thus promoting the high-quality development of global nuclear energy safety, the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind, and the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative.
